Floating sunlight that fills
dull sidewalks with unintentional color-
vibrant like the sun, calm like the sea.
Destination always unknown.
Not that they mind;
Never do they mind.
The gentle caress of the wind guides.
Free falling for eternity.
But White bareness encroaches and they retreat,
Only traces here and there-
to grace us once again come spring.

P.S. The title is a hint about what the poem is talking about and I would love to know what people think it is. It’ll let me know if the poem is too obscure, but if people do get it then that tells me its not so far fetched. Thanks y’all 🙂
